Mr Olliver escaped bankruptcy in May this year when his creditors, including St Laurence and Commonwealth Bank of Australia, accepted a proposal to have less than half a cent in each dollar guaranteed returned of the $90 million funds they were owed.

Receivers have entered property developer and Landco founder Greg Olliver's Marlborough winery Leefield Vineyards, with millions owing to various funders, The National Business Review has reported.

The wine company in the Waihopai Valley is in debt to South Canterbury Finance, Commonwealth Bank of Australia and transportable building company Portacom.

The NBR reported that Kordamentha receivers Brendon Gibson and Michael Stiassny are compiling their first report, so the exact amount of money Leefield Vineyards owes has not yet come to light.

All the shares in Leefield Vineyards are held by Leefield Holdings, of which Mr Olliver is the director.
