Annual General Meeting, Saturday 29 August 2009 at 2p.m., Ngunguru Hall

Well that time of year has come again. Yes, its the AGM and this year we really need as many members to attend as possible. There will be a panel discussion to address questions such as What is happening to the Sandspit? and Why is DOC involved in trying to protect the Sandspit and what would happen if it was protected?

There is a position available for Treasurer. If you would like to nominate someone or yourself for this position please complete the nomination form attached and return to the NSaPS Secretary, 337 Waiotoi Road, RD 3 Ngunguru, Whangarei by Friday 21 August.

May we please have some helpers on the day to help with the kitchen, setting out chairs, selling tshirts & prints etc. If you can assist let me know or just turn up on the day.
