Golden Skies, Matapouri by Jovian Parry©

Dear Friends, we would like to invite you to a wonderful Otito Reserve fund-raising exhibition being held at Matapouri Hall this month, Artists for Otito.

The official opening is tomorrow, Friday 16 January at 6-8pm. Stuart Henderson, our barrister will be there to give an update on the legal situation concerning Otito Reserve. There will be music by Kawiti Waetford, plus the Classical Guitar Orchestra will be playing.

For those of you unable to make it to Matapouri we will be putting the artwork on our website for everyone to see. We will also post an update on our progress to get back the Reserve Land. All this will be available after the official exhibition opening on Friday 16 January.

Many notable artists have contributed works to the exhibition, including Charlotte Fisher, Steve Moase, Tom Burnett, Jenny Hill, Jenny Bennett, Tony Ogle and many many others. Bruce Pullman has made a wonderful stained glass artwork as a fund-raiser for Otito that is on display at the exhibition - more information will be posted on the website shortly.

The exhibition is being held to raise funds for our legal costs to get 1.1 hectares of Crown Land returned to Otito reserve.
