The investment vehicle of Rich-Lister Greg Olliver, through which he owns half of Landco with the Todd family, has been placed in receivership.

"This won’t affect the sale process," receiver McGrath Nicol’s Kerryn Downey told NBR, appearing to confirm a recent NBR article suggesting that the Todd family was purchasing Mr Olliver’s share of the giant property development company.

McGrath Nicol was appointed as receiver on Monday by Landsborough Finance, a private finance company based in  Christchurch.

Mr Downey said that Landsborough was owed $11 million by Pheonix.
