Recent television advertising for the Sunday Star-Times has been has been promoting Matarangi Beach Estates with the slogan, "Win a piece of Matarangi worth $330,000".

The website urges readers to grab a piece of unspoiled Matarangi:

Four and a half kilometres of beautiful white sandy beaches, glorious sun and idyllic coastal property homes, Matarangi is a pristine, unspoilt place where you and your family can enjoy being stress-free, away from the hassles of life.
How many pieces can be grabbed before Matarangi starts to spoil?
