The artist's impression of the Ngunguru Sandspit situated along Northland's Eastern coastline. Controversy surrounds this unique spot which is presently under threat of re-development.

The artist

Nic specializes in "Realism" captured in oils on canvas. Inspired by conservation, Nic portrays Northland's natural environment, specifically our native flora and fauna. 6 yrs study at Northland Polytechnic Qualifications - Diploma in both "Visual Communications" & "Environmental Management"

Unfortunately this photo fails to capture the depth and richness of colour.
