Articles - LandCo Proposal
Written by Steve Marshall
Monday, 04 December 2006

What LandCo says:

“[LandCo's] proposal is for a compact, self-sustaining development that leaves approximately two-thirds of the land it owns in conservation reserve.”
LandCo's Approach, page 5

All other sources, indicate that only 55% (approximately half) of the land it owns at Ngunguru is being proposed as conservation reserve.
