What LandCo says:

“[LandCo's] proposal is for a compact, self-sustaining development that leaves approximately two-thirds of the land it owns in conservation reserve.”

Comment

All other sources, indicate that only 55% (approximately half) of the land it owns at Ngunguru is being proposed as conservation reserve.
