The Auckland Transition Agency board has approved the Private Development Agreement negotiated by North Shore City Council with Todd Property Group for the Councilís acquisition of 23.3 hectares of land at Long Bay.

This includes 18.7 hectares of important Heritage Protection Area land and a network of 4.6 hectares of parks within Todd Property Groupís residential development at Long Bay.

Todd Property Groupís Long Bay development is a major project covering 162.7 hectares of land with over 2,000 houses and a village centre to be developed over the next 10 to 15 years.
